You agree that all searches requested must be paid by credit card prior to your search criteria being submitted
Unless you are an account holder.
When you have completed the form for your search and payment has been approved, your search will be completed and the results and Billing receipt will be
emailed to you.
All sales are final and non-refundable except in cases where search results were
unavailable because of technical difficulties. Entering incorrect
search criteria will not count as a technical difficulty, so PLEASE enter your search criteria carefully and double check it.
Refunds will only be made to the credit card used for the original purchase.
Results of searches will normally be available to you within 30 seconds. During times of heavy
traffic the results may take a little longer.
If your search was placed outside of Government operational hours,
your search will be held in queue until the Government servers return to online status.
